CAROLINA HURRICANES ANNOUNCES MULTI-YEAR PARTNERSHIP WITH SKYVIEW NETWORKS
PHOENIX, Ariz. — The National Hockey League’s (NHL) Carolina Hurricanes announced today a new multi-year partnership with Skyview Networks. Skyview will take over as the official radio network provider for the Carolina Hurricanes supplying satellite distribution, affiliate automation and inventory management.
“We are looking forward to working with Skyview,” said Michael Hurley, Carolina Hurricanes Director of Corporate Sales. “The success of the 2008-09 season coupled with Skyview’s industry expertise and full automation software will provide the ability to expand our radio network while providing reliable service and affiliate support.”
The Carolina Hurricanes will implement Skyview’s F.A.S.T. (Flexible Audio Storage Technology) Network Automation and Inventory Management System providing full control over all radio inventory on its flagship station. The systems also provide the Carolina Hurricanes with faster and easier client billing through advertiser scheduling, clearance and affidavit management.
