“Country Fastball” Teams with Skyview Networks to Expand National Reach
Skyview to Distribute the Nationally Syndicated Country Music Radio Program
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (3/2/11) — GT2 Entertainment’s Robert Buan, on behalf of “Country Fastball” and Skyview Networks, announced today at Country Radio Seminar in Nashville, a partnership for distribution of the nationally syndicated radio program Country Fastball. Skyview, a broadcast solutions company specializing in syndicated distribution, will provide its satellite distribution service and access to its network of over 600 radio stations already equipped with Skyview’s wise satellite receiver platform.
“We’re very excited about this partnership,” said Robert Buan, President of GT2 Entertainment and host of Country Fastball. “Country Fastball is rapidly growing and expanding so this is a logical next step for us. Skyview can provide our network exactly what we need – the ability to make our show more easily accessible to more stations and more listeners.”
Skyview Networks provides broadcast systems and software to over 600 radio stations across the nation. Skyview affiliates are equipped with next generation satellite receivers that include the capability to localize advertisement spots and time-shift broadcasts. Now with Skyview, Country Fastball offers its affiliates the flexibility to schedule broadcasts into time slots that best fit their programming. These features, coupled with Skyview’s cost-effective satellite distribution system, are key to the expansion of the syndicated radio show.
“Country Fastball is quality programming that brings its listeners in touch with their favorite country music stars and MLB personalities,” said Ken Thiele, President of Skyview Networks. “We believe Country Fastball has the draw to please fans and radio stations nationwide.”
